Due to the nature of research materials, opened or temperature-sensitive products cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will replace the item or issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of approval.
